Don’t you think? In the final analysis the real enemy of America and its Western allies is not Islam but China

A rising world superpower, not only in terms of economy and trade but also in terms of military might and ambition. As a matter of fact, some analysts claim that operations and maneuvers currently conducted by US in the Middle East falls within a larger scheme of geo-political positioning for the ultimate confrontation with China.

Don’t you think? In the final analysis the real enemy of America and its Western allies is not Islam but China
China is not Americas enemy, but its bastard offspring. It is a competitor, not an enemy. America made the rules on Global Capitalism, and cannot take the ball home now because some other team is winning. China will be more powerful than the USA. The USA is already letting it.

US Senator Bernie Saunders wrote a few years ago that Free Trade ( whatever that is supposed to be) meant that Americas biggest export was, JOBS. Every American firm now is under pressure to shut its plant in the US and reopen in China. It may make business sence for a few years, the company is richer, but soon the USA will be the shell of an empire, a crumbling has been. It is at that point that a country gets dangerous, open to extremists and open to warmongers. It is then that in some last didtch attemt to keep the US a world power they will create the situation that will cause a war. But remember China is no longer an ideolgical enemy, it is simply doing capitalism bigger stronger and harsher than the USA.

If trouble is to be averted western socities must realise that it is best to keep jobs at home, pay a bit more for products and not support Chinese sweatshops.

As for Islam, that is a religion, not an enemy and only extreme US rightwingers will make them an enemy. For years Islamic countries have been friends with the USA, ie Saudi Arabia/ Kuwait/ Dubai etc because trade links and a love of money unites them. Some regimes that are very oppressive the US is happy to trade with and sell arms to , occaisionally it falls out with them. I have though yet to see President Bush telling the Saudis to become democratatic, respect freedom, respect womens rights, respect tolerance etc. Why not! because the oil they have makes presidents soon forget the domestic policies of any country they are dealong with. Again, what should be done? Well how about an honest foreign policy based on mutual needs , co-operation and a movememnt towards democracy etc in all countries, not just the ones the US forces it on.
Reply:the emerging Chinese giant is a danger to the balance of power in the world and to the economic and military superiority of the USA, hoverer I think the Chinese are looking for the good life and even if they become the most powerful nation, their interests will make them avoid military confrontations so as not to spoil the business. on the other hand, Islam represents a world bloc of nations that together are larger then china, the extreme Muslims are out to destroy everything that is not their brand of Islam, and they have the potential to take over many or all of the Muslim countries, and turn them into a military union with mad dog ideology and readiness to do damage.
Reply:sorry to say but the US owes 300 billion dollars to china they are held as bonds which china could cash anytime they liked bankrupting the US
Reply:The geopolitical positioning is no secret to anyone anymore.

Its seriously done for one sole purpose.

Korea and China could be one purpose.

To every rise there is a fall.
Reply:As far as Biblical prophecy is concerned the enemy isn't single nation but nations united in using "666" system of governance. Jesus Christ is the redeemer, the one who will defeat the anti christ. So China or even America could side with the anti christ in the name of peace in the middle east which culminates into the final battle.

That's what i think
Reply:I think the real enemy of America is ourselves, we tend to self dstruct. This nation has once again seen a great division and internal strife due to an unpopular president and a war.
Reply:%26lt;_%26lt; @ paranoid americans. America, like every other empire will fall. I suspect that the terrorists will ally with china
Reply:In the final analysis i'd say it's the assumption that there is 'an enemy' which is the real enemy and is the cause of any threats which are curently being faced by America. The sooner the US learns to wind its neck in and co-operate more fully with the UN, the better.

China may well pose a threat to international security, if only in it's refusal to sign up to Kyoto or to condem North Korea's nuclear testing, but it's not an issue which the US can face alone.
Reply:Lol... um intresting idea, bbut you have an overactive imagination.
Reply:There are groups of very noble persons in USA and for such groups, there is no enemy anywhere in the world. They win friends, everywhere, Chinese and Muslims included.
Reply:america's greatest enemy is paranoia. it is eating them up as a nation.
Reply:Run and hide....the Chinese are coming!!!

Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not after you
Reply:Don't forget, China is a confirmed backer of Iran. So it is not just China but the east and the middle east, which must be considered. Of course that would include Russia also... all anti western. Islam is the one who is preparing to take over the world, according to the Iranian president.. he has already established Babylon as the world capital.
Reply:China has seen that economic battles are easier to fight than military ones. It's buying America through the back door, It holds lots of shares, in their companies and expanding in manufacturing too. China compared to US is also not having to spend so much money on the "global war on islam, and the oil junket in Iraq.
Reply:The real enemy is an unseen force that its existance is not acknowleded, that told you to do 'good' things.

Acknowledge its existance, be its master, and don't let it order you around.
