What impact will China's rising power have for the security of its region and the USA?
Considering the Communistic nature of it's economy, it becomes a threat to everyone.
Reply:This shouldn't effect the U.S. in any way, the Chinese are rising in diplomatic, and, in economic power, that's all.
Reply:Too many variables to answer very thoroughly, but it very likely will have the positive effect of creating a world balance of power that will prevent the US, when led by an incompetent, from doing the severe damage to the world that we've seen in the past 7 years.
Reply:Huge impact on both Asia and the Middle East. The sad part is that We're helping it along. I can see a future were a new cold war develops. The US, The European Union, Japan and Australia vs China and Russia.
