Yes, Actually the period is nearer, the time has come that the might of china soldiers are almost the best in the world, and for the America wasting there soldiers in the areas un-call for, the time has come for china, i guess with the test of the nuclear weapon by North Korea and the hatred of the America in Arab world, and the so called intervention of America in politics of South America and rest of Africa have proof more than doubt that the time has come for the great people of china to be at the top of the world power before the end of time,

Economically far better of than USA,

Politically far stable than any part of the world,

Medicine - have been proofed as the best till date,

Health -they are far better of than Americans junk foods causing obesity,

Population -they are relatively maintaining there large population,

Weapons and Soldiers- just same and always donate less when USA donate high or USA forming allied with USA leading in numbers

Do You Expect A Rising Of China And Plan On Learning Mandarin?
Never. We will kick their asses before they even try to conquer the U.S.
Reply:We in the U.S. should realize that we need more people to learn exotic languages like Mandarin, Pashtu, Arabic, Russian...For business purposes, for national security purposes, and to promote understanding between cultures. I'm learning Arabic using a Pimsleur CD program, which is better than nothing.
Reply:I already learned Mandarin, and Wo shi Jianada ren.

China's economy is definitely rising; it looks like they may become a power.

Who knows?
Reply:No and no.
Reply:i think that china is developing very rapidly both economically and militarily. china is also doing very well in the international trade market...so if by "rise" you mean, conquer the world, then no... but i can definately see china becoming a much more modern and powerful country within the next decade.

and i don't plan on learning mandarin, the "international language" has already been informally established as english...
