Can you guys think how the land will affect China's economic growth? Any materials you can point me to would be greatly appreciated!

How will geography play into China's rise as the next economic superpower?
very interesting question. a great book that could definately help you is "Why Geography Matters" by Harm de Blij. One of the main focus' of the book is the rise of China as the next superpower based on its geography. Sorry if you were looking for a direct answer but that book really should answer any questions regarding China's geography and the role it will play in its rise as the next economic superpower.
Reply:all i can do is theorize as i didn't read or write any books -- china has a really good central location for the entire continent and the pacific islands. central locations -- like germany in europe -- make for great hubs for transportion of goods and ideas. chinas biggest problem in the last century was its isolationary policies and with the re-opening of china they stand to benefit as a global hub. does that sound good?
