How do you feel about China's rise to prominence?

Please don't answer if you know nothing of the cultural revolution or are just a liberal trying to cheer on a US enemy

How do you feel about China's rise to prominence?
To start from scratch is easy relatively.So for China's growth is obvious when planners are intelligent and devoted.Now it will keep growing because their own population (Consumers) is huge and they are out in the world looking for opportunities of investment.Their main objective is to serve people because politically they are established.(As against INDIA where the political situation is uncertain)
Reply:Economy wise, China is one of our best friends. They are using what they got to get theirs. They're years behind but are catching up.
