Which direction does the sun rise in China?

The only places that the sun doesn't rise in the east is the north pole and the south pole. Why not? There is only "south" at the north pole so the sun is always south. At the south pole there is only "north" so the sun is always in the north.

China? No it isn't at the north pole or south pole so, like everywhere else, in China the sun rises in the EAST.

Which direction does the sun rise in China?
Same as every other place on earth....THE EAST
Reply:"An hour before the worshipp'd sun

Peered forth the golden window of the east"

~William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet

From fair Verona to the Great Wall of China, the sun rises in the East and sets in the west.
Reply:it's the same anywhere, from east to west.
Reply:Sun always rises at the east and goes down at the west.
Reply:Same direction for the whole planet.
Reply:up.
Reply:The sun always rises in the east and sets in the west regardless of where you are.
Reply:Broadly in the East, but it varies seasonally depending on latitude, eg at UK latitudes it rises around North East in Summer, South East in Winter. China covers a wide North-South range so choose a location and date for a precise answer.
Reply:In the east, just like everywhere else.
Reply:i think you meant from where does the sun rise in china ...... America strange isnt it????
Reply:THE SUN RISES IN THE EAST - global truth. which means it is the same everywhere. except the moon appears upside down from the southern hemisphere.
Reply:the earth is rotating in the same direction in china as it is in california, so the obvious answer to that question is in the east!
Reply:As anywhere else in the world, it rises in east and sets in west.
